I just had to leave a review for this place. AMAZING SERVICE AND FOOD! The best Mediterranean food around. Great portion sizes as well. The amount of sides we got from this place was insane. The food tastes real and home cooked. It was really good. I’m not one to leave reviews but this place was outstanding. The lady at the front desk even helped me carry out my bags to my car. We had a fabulous meal at High Mountain Mediterranean. The staff was polite and very friendly. We started with Lahmacun and Shepard salad. So delicious and a large portion. We went to High Mountain Mediterranean last Friday after a friend mentioned it was good. When I hear Mediterranean I think fish and salads but this is Turkish so more like Persian. It is a BYOB which helps re cost. That said we had the meal for two for $75 which turned out to be exceptional value. The staff were very friendly and knowledgeable and described all the dishes. We chose the meal for two as it had a variety of dishes that we had not tried before.

From the menu - For Two (G, D)
One small salad, one cold mixed appetizer, one hot appetizer, one ‘Mixed Grilled’ entree, two sodas, & one dessert. | Mixed Grill: One skewer each of lamb Adana kebab, lamb shish kebab, chicken kebab, lamb and chicken kofte, and lamb gyro. The mixed grill is served with rice and fresh side salad.

We were expecting small portions but that was far from what we got. Ezme, Cacik, Baba Ghonush and hummus were a wonderful start. There was enough to eat with the main course also. The meats were all cooked to perfection and enough to take home to enjoy again for lunch. The restaurant was quiet when we went in at 6.30 but by 7.00 pm most of the tables were full and there was a great atmosphere in the place.
